1. Registration
By registering for any of the lessons or workshops offered by Lancaster Modern Etiquette, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is required to reserve a spot in the class. Registration is open until all spots are filled.

2. Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your child's place in the class. Full payment must be received to complete the registration process.

3. Schedule
All lessons and workshops will be held on the scheduled date and time, unless otherwise notified. Changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. If the class or workshop is canceled by Lancaster Modern Etiquette, a full refund will be issued.

5. Photo Permission
By registering, you grant permission for Lancaster Modern Etiquette to use photos or videos of your child taken during the lesson or workshop for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish for your child’s photo to be used, please inform us in advance.

6. Health and Safety
Please ensure that your child is in good health and able to participate in all activities. If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs, please inform us at the time of registration to ensure we can accommodate them appropriately.

7. Liability Waiver
Lancaster Modern Etiquette is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during participation in the lessons or workshops. By registering, you agree to hold Lancaster Modern Etiquette harmless from any claims arising from your child's participation.

8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to show respect for others, follow instructions, and participate actively. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
