A class enrollment can be cancelled 15 days before the start of the class without penalty. If a cancellation occurs after this the following amounts are deducted from the original payment:

10% from 8 - 14 days before the event starts
25% from 3 to 7 days before the event starts
50% from 1 - 2 days before the event starts
100% from 0 to 0 days before the event starts.
Liability Waiver
I hereby consent to allow my child to participate in Polite Little Pandas, offered by Lancaster Modern Etiquette. I also consent not to hold liable Lancaster Modern Etiquette or any of their officers/volunteers for any injury to my child. I will not pursue any legal action against any member of this organization.
Photo Release

Lancaster Modern Etiquette has my permission to use my child's photograph or video publicly to promote Lancaster Modern Etiquette. I understand that the images may be used in print and online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
