We had limited time for this training, so my expectations were quite modest, however, these were exceeded, not only because of the large number of tips and ideas, which in that short time Annie provided us, for a better professional projection, but also because it helped us to calibrate some diverse concepts that we had about business etiquette.

Without a doubt, I recommend training, not only for the executive and managerial levels, but for all administrative levels, so that we can promote a more professional management among collaborators and with customers and relatives.
